The room is located in my basement, in the room there is a Double Bed, dresser and a 19' tv.
also in the basement there is a Rec Room with tv,Computer & Printer, also there is a half bath, there will be a stan up shower installed this fall.
**Groceries are Not Included, but can be for an Additional cost.
We Also Have a Dog, who is Part Lab/husky,and will have another small dog in spetember-June
**we do allow Small Dogs, but the tenent must be responsible for there food & Treats,etc., tenent will also be asked to sign a contract, just to state how long he/she will be here and how much they are paying each week.
